The i-to-i support team provides answers to all your questions. Once you’ve enrolled in your course or applied for a TESOL job abroad, they’ll be there to field any questions you may have and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Who’s Who in the Support Team?
Elaine Kirton – Elaine manages customer support.
Jill Drysdale – Jill works in customer service (no one realizes, but she’s actually in charge).
Emma Foers – Has taught all over the world and she’s now our in-house guru about all things teaching abroad.

Call our advisors with any questions you may have about taking a TESOL course (or a TEFL course – they refer to the same thing!) or landing a teaching job abroad. We’re not about the hard sell; we’ll just work on understanding your plans, give you some sound advice and do our best to make sure you find the right TESOL course or teaching placement for your specific goals.

James Langton – He’s the boss and has a dog called Buster
Rachel Carney – Travelled around India on a train with her friend Jenny
Rebecca Draper – Rebecca speaks very quietly and dresses beautifully
Dave Renaud – He’s the team leader and has a personalised number plate, but don’t hold that against him
Sarah Harrison – With the tidiest desk in the office and a spot of OCD, Sarah’s been nicknamed ‘Monica’
Laura Hunt – Is a scouser and can often be heard crying when Everton lose
